GPU-Z Updates

GPU-Z is a little program utility run by .exe - No program installation is needed making the utility portable.

It provides detailed information about your Graphics Card such as, GPU-Core Clock, GPU-Memory clock
and other Senors which the temperature of each are displayed in realtime.

Here is a main GUI screenshot from my laptop to show you.
